Overview As Team Leader of the Account Management team at Welcome to the Jungle, you will lead a team of Account Managers with different levels of seniority and will be responsible for driving team performance. Responsibilities Team Management & Development Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback Conduct performance reviews and create development plans Ensure knowledge sharing and best practices across the team Define and implement upsell strategies across the portfolio Monitor and optimize the team’s performance on renewals and upsell opportunities Analyze team data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement Contribute to product and pricing strategy improvements Process Improvement & Cross-functional Leadership Design and implement agile processes to enhance customer experience Lead cross-team projects impacting the department and company success Create frameworks for efficient collaboration with Onboarding, Success, Sales & Product teams Drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity Establish feedback loops between customers and internal teams Qualifications You have 8+ years’ experience in Account Management/Sales, including 2+ years in Team Management You have a proven track record in leading commercial teams to exceed targets You possess strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making You have experience in process optimization and cross-functional project management You demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills You are fluent in French and English We value Your ability to adapt your management style in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment Your experience in implementing scalable commercial processes Your agile mindset and innovative approach to problem-solving Your ability to collaborate with other teams and departments, always acting in the interest of the company and our clients Job details Seniority level: Executive Employment type: Full-time Job function: Business Development Industries: Technology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
