**Job Description**:
- E-commerce performance & Online Visual Merchandising:
- Assisting the management with e-commerce decisions based on KPI analyses: website navigation, e-merchandising, traffic performance
- Execute weekly sales report and inventory check
- Run digital competitor monitoring and report trends and best practices
- E-Retail:
- Assist E-retail manager in the launch of new products, e-merchandising requirements in order to build a flawless consumer journey
- Ensure the quality of digital asset storage library
- Work with affiliate partners for calendar programming and activations
Profile
You have initial experience in digital/e-commerce, with an affinity for the luxury and beauty industry.
You are an excellent communicator, able to work with international teams and maintain collaborative relationships.
Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, you demonstrate high attention to detail.
Finally, you have a perfect command of English and French, as well as Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience with ELC Online tools preferred (.net, Drupal CMS, BI, Confluence, Jira, Google Analytics)
