We are looking for a GMA Contract Manager to come onboard in our Customer Support in Fanny’s team : a team of 7 collaborators

**_Your Mission _**

Develop customer satisfaction: Manage & develop relationship with customers from your portfolio, support the customer in the different steps of the life of its contracts (start, termination ). Be the main point of contact for GMA related topics. Coordinate and monitor the different processes to be followed by operational departments. Manage contractual commitments: Identify deviations, abuse, default or breach from the contract and build a strategy and action plan to recover operational and financial performance. Perform regular contracts reviews (internal with operational departments and external with customers) to monitor contracts commitment. Contract administration: Implement and monitor contracts in the ATR IT system (SAP) to make sure that all operational departments are able to monitor and follow contract related orders. Monitor debt and payment terms of the contract. Invoice the services covered by contracts (monthly and per event invoices), issue quotes, notification and invoices relative to cost and expenses not covered by contracts, and perform relevant reconciliations.

- Field of study: business, law, economics with technical background, or engineering school with commercial experience
- 5 years experience minimum
- Customer minded
- Ability to coordinate different stakeholders and bring people on board
- Ability to work in different cultural environments
- Good sense of organization and coordination
- Team player
- Proactive, autonomous and willing to learn
- Advanced level in English
- General knowledge about aircraft and aeronautical industry
