In the role of Product Content Tools Specialist, you will act as a functional expert for our PIM system (STEP) and associated processes, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.

**YOUR MISSIONS**:

- Analyse and understand business needs, including legal requirements and internal efficiency goals.
- Define business requirements and contribute to process optimisation.
- Design and improve workflows to enhance system usability and efficiency.
- Test and validate solutions before deployment
- Coordinate implementations, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams, including change management.
- Create user documentation, including guidelines, procedures, and training materials.
- Drive adoption and compliance, providing regular training, coaching, and daily support.
- Be the key functional contact for Local & Group Merchandising & E-commerce teams regarding PIM-related topics.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Master's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience : Category development, Management, Purchasing, Negotiation and Project Management tools, and Microsoft tools (in particular PowerPoint & Excel)
- Fluent professional English, both verbal and written
- Functional knowledge of PIM systems (STEP experience is a plus).
- Experience in coaching and training teams
- Strong customer focus (internal & external).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Balance of technical and business acumen, with experience working closely with IT teams.
- Adaptability, open-mindedness, and diplomacy. Capability to work in a changing and multi-cultural environment.
