La Société Speedy France est composée des entités Speedy et AET&S (Atelier Eurofleet Tyres & Services).

Speedy, leader de l’entretien et de la réparation rapide automobile avec plus de 500 centres en France, élue Service client de l’année pour la 11ème année consécutive, fournit une gamme complète de services mécaniques et électroniques, y compris le diagnostic, l’entretien, les vidanges d’huile, les pneus, les freins, la suspension, la distribution, les embrayages, la climatisation et le vitrage

AET&S, avec ses 9 ateliers en France basés à Nanterre, Lyon, Annecy, Bordeaux, Aix en Provence, Tours, Nantes, Strasbourg et Mulhouse, prend en charge essentiellement des véhicules de moins de 3 ans confiés par des Entreprises avec une offre complète d'entretien et de remise en état.

Afin de soutenir le réseau Speedy et AET&S, nous recherchons actuellement un **Network Controller** F/H en CDI.

**Mission**

Vous êtes en charge du pilotage de la profitabilité du réseau Speedy et AET&S et de la modélisation du budget par agence. En ce sens, vous définissez les KPI’s pertinents pour mesurer la performance du réseau.

Vous intervenez également auprès de la DRH afin de piloter la masse salariale réseau tout en en veillant à la productivité.

Activités principales:

- Vous construisez et analysez le P&L par Point de Vente
- Vous définissez les KPIs pertinents pour analyser la distribution du réseau
- Vous calculez les KPIs pertinents pour les Points de Vente (productivité par Point de Vente, volume par ETP, marge / ETP, monteurs, etc.)
- Aide à l'élaboration du budget par Point de Vente

**Profil et compétences requises**:

- Bac +5 école de commerce ou université
- Solide expérience en contrôle de gestion **Retail**(3/5 ans d’expérience)
- L’Anglais est un plus
- Proactif dans la conduite du changement
- **Pilotage de la performance**
- Business partnering
- Data analyst
- Maitrise des outils habituels de gestion (Excel & Power BI)
- Analyse les ventes (B2B/B2C, produit/service, par point de ventes... etc)
