When you call on Brézillon, you can rely on expert and committed teams, working on remediation and development projects, on industrial sites to be rehabilitated or in operation, at controlled and optimised costs, while integrating ethical requirements and regulatory constraints.
We are currently looking for a Sales Executive (fluent in french) to report to the IDF/Northeast Sales Manager.

**Here's what you'll be expected to do**:

- Bid and contract management
- Follow-up and coordination:
carry out the transfer of won business(es)
work closely with the works teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and the smooth running of projects
monitor performance indicators and ensure reporting via sales monitoring tools
- Sales development:
analyse customer needs and propose innovative and appropriate solutions
build customer loyalty and develop a customer portfolio
identify new markets and customers and participate in and implement action plans
- Innovation:
Monitor trends and identify opportunities
Promote CSR commitments
What if it were you?
You are bilingual in French and English.
**Then**:

- An engineering degree or equivalent in public works, earthworks or soil chemistry;
- At least 5 years' proven experience in earthworks or soil remediation;
- A good knowledge of soil remediation in the Paris region would be appreciated.

**Required skills**: good interpersonal skills, knowledge of public and private markets, autonomy, team spirit, taste for challenge.
Frequent travel is required in the Paris region, and a valid driving license is essential.
