**This is a **7 months contract **position open to applicants in France, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Ireland, Poland and in the UK. The role can be fully-remote, in-office or hybrid (depending on location.)**

**Job description**

Product Marketing at Mangopay is a transverse team at the heart of Product, collaborating closely with Strategy, Sales, RevOps, CSM, Support, Partnerships, Lead-Gen, and Marketing. We are the voice of the product in the market and the voice of the market in the product. Our mission is to extract customer value and position that value as effectively as possible to generate revenue while ensuring everyone understands our products and has the tools to sell them. In collaboration with the GTM team, we are the driving force to get products to market - and keep them there.

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager with commercial payments experience to join our product marketing function. The product marketing function sits with our global marketing team which includes content, competitive intelligence, and lead-gen. This role reports to the VP of Marketing.

As Senior PMM, you will play an important role in driving the success of our customer facing sales teams by equipping them with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively sell our products.You will collaborate with other PMMs who own core product focus areas, along with other internal teams including sales, customer success, marketing, product, design, and support. This is an exciting opportunity to delve deep into the world of payments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to steer and deliver impactful overall product marketing strategies.

**What will you be responsible for?**
- Developing a deep understanding of Mangopay products and effectively communicate their value to internal and external stakeholders
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Mangopay's key verticals within the target audience, identify their challenges and needs, and align our product offerings to emphasize value-driven solutions
- Product positioning and messaging
- Planning and participating in the launch of new products, as needed
- Fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams including product, legal, sales, CSM, support, and strategy to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and direction
- Establishing metrics, processes, and dashboards to monitor, evaluate, and report on Product Marketing performance
- Support revenue enablement teams by delivering client pitches, product demos, client story maps, and use cases
- Contributing to strategic initiatives to drive product-led growth and Mangopay product capability awareness
- Actively seeking qualitative and quantitative market insights, and circulating core findings across the team to help maintain Mangopay's competitive edge

**What do we expect from you?**

As Senior Product Marketing Manager you will be the mastermind of messaging (right product, right audience, right message), enabler of sales, and accelerator of adoption.
We're looking for a passionate team player with:

- Strong project management skills, to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
- 4+ years experience in Product Marketing, Product Management or a similar role
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory
- Ability to engage and collaborate with various stakeholders across different functions and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Get-things-done attitude - 'sense of urgency' and 'bias for action' are terms familiar to you
- Commercial payments experience preferred, ideally in a marketplace or platform environment
