About Door-to-Door*
As part of our ambition to fill the millions of empty seats on the road, we’re looking at cracking the carpool Door-To-Door usage. Could there be a product to pick up and drop off passengers exactly where they want on a long-distance ride, leveraging our community of carpool drivers? This would make passengers even more convenient while maximizing our drivers' savings. We’re launching a dedicated, independent team to build a new product and usage to crack this usage.

Your Mission*
As the **Senior Product Marketing Manager**, you’ll participate in creating that product and all the iterations until we’ve found the right one that can be scaled. You will contribute to:

- Building, testing and learning on a new usage that doesn’t exist today
- Contributing to a business unit creation
- Defining goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results
- Implementing a best-in-class product

You’ll collaborate with a Senior Product Designer and a Senior Product Manager fully dedicated to the project. You’ll also be able to leverage other resources within the organization. You’ll directly report to the Head of Product Engagement.

At the early stage of the project, you will be travelling to meet users in the most frequented holiday spots in France.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Obtaining insights into customers’ usage through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and product data to ensure we build solutions designed to meet our users’ needs
- Creating an inspiring consumer narrative through positioning, audience targeting, and product storytelling - in collaboration with the Content team and Creative Studio
- Defining, planning and leading successful go-to-market strategies for this product through relevant communication strategy leveraging different channels

**Your Qualifications**
- Strong experience (6-10 years) in marketing or related fields with an emphasis on product marketing or product management
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and resourcefulness
- Knowledge on marketing principles and techniques to create a marketing communication sequence that leads to product adoption
- Experience in developing consumer positioning, messaging and targeting
- Strong data skills and easy use of data and customer insights to solve problems Customers are at the heart of what you do
- Natural storyteller who can tailor narratives and messaging to create value by communicating the product benefits to the outside world
- Fluent written and spoken English and French
