This Position reports to:
Project Operations Manager
**Your Role: Own the Challenge**
- Analyze customer requirements, considering technical and commercial complexities
- Evaluate costs and risks, prepare costed proposals, and ensure profitability
- Design processes and define technical and financial aspects of offers, adapting them as needed
- Develop ABB’s technical proposals, prepare commercial documentation, and support risk assessments
- Collaborate with purchasing and suppliers to consolidate offers
- Support sales teams during offer presentations and customer negotiations
- Maintain strong relationships with Product Groups and Global Solutions Centers (GSCs)
- Conduct post-bid analysis (RETEX) and share insights with internal teams
- Participate in project kick-off meetings and provide support during project execution
**What it takes to Run what runs the world**
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or Automation
- Significant experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector or with equipment manufacturers
- Knowledge in cost analysis, risk assessment, technical-commercial offer development, and customer negotiation
- A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
- Fluency in English
