**Position**:
En tant que In-Store Trainer, vous reportez au In-store Trainer Senior et l’assistez dans la formation et le coaching des équipes de vente avec pour objectif d’atteindre l'excellence et accompagner la performance de la boutique. En exécutant de la stratégie d'entreprise, vous formez ensemble les équipes pour qu'elles deviennent des ambassadeurs de l’esprit, des valeurs et des produits de la Maison Dior. Votre rôle est d’assister le In-store Trainer Senior à déployer le meilleur parcours de formation dans cinq principaux domaines : culture d’entreprise, expertise produit, expérience client, management et opérations retail. Ceci permet aux équipes de développer leurs compétences avec pour objectif la création d’une relation forte avec leurs clients et l’enrichissement de leur expérience chez Dior, en la rendant mémorable et unique.

**Profile**:
Exigences et compétences - Bénéficier d’au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans le Management en boutique et/ou de formation au sein d’une maison dans le secteur du luxe, hôtellerie. - Excellentes compétences en communication et animation (oral et écrit) - Grande capacité d’écoute, d'influencer et de motiver les autres. Esprit d’équipe un must. - Une personne motivée, possédant de bonnes compétences organisationnelles, orientée vers les résultats. - Pouvoir faire face à des situations complexes en ayant une approche positive et en cherchant des solutions efficaces. - Bonne connaissance des méthodes de formation traditionnelles et modernes (coaching, formation en présentielle, virtuelle, blended-learning, e-learning, outils digitaux, atelier, briefing, etc.), - Maitrise du Pack-office Langues 1. Français 2. Maîtrise de l'anglais : bilingue
