**Description du poste**
Le poste est rattaché à la direction financière d'Akuo et fait partie de la Support Unit 'Corporate Finance' composée de près de 80 personnes réparties sur une dizaine de pays.

En tant que Finance Project Manager, vous serez directement rattaché.e au CFO et vous aurez pour objectif de mener tous les projets d'évolution des solutions financières pour l'ensemble du groupe.

En outre, vos missions seront les suivantes:
**1. Interface unique entre la Finance et l’IT**
- Être l’interlocuteur privilégié entre le département Finance et le Chef de Projet IT, ainsi qu’avec les éditeurs ou société de conseils externes.
- Prioriser les demandes en concertation avec le Chef de Projet IT afin de garantir l’alignement des évolutions.

**2. Collecte et priorisation des besoins**
- Organiser et animer des comités avec les équipes financières (trésorerie, consolidation, comptabilité, contrôle de gestion) pour collecter, formaliser et prioriser leurs besoins.

**3. Garant de la cohérence fonctionnelle**
- S’assurer que les demandes provenant des différents départements ne se contredisent pas et soient cohérentes avec les objectifs globaux de l’entreprise.

**4. Gestion des tests métiers**
- Piloter et organiser les phases de tests métiers suite aux déploiements ou mises à jour des modules applicatifs.
- Collaborer avec les équipes IT pour assurer la qualité des livrables avant la mise en production.

**5. Optimisation continue**
- Analyser et rédiger/formaliser les processus métiers pour proposer des améliorations continues des systèmes en place.
- Être proactif dans l’optimisation des outils existants afin de mieux répondre aux besoins métiers.

**6. Validation conjointe des évolutions**
- Garantir que chaque évolution soit validée des deux côtés (Finance et IT) avant de lancer un projet.

**Qualifications**
Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la finance sur un poste de comptable ou de contrôleur.se et vous avez déjà géré plusieurs projets d'évolution ou d'intégration de solutions financières au sein d'ETI internationales.

Vous maitrisez le français et l'anglais.
