This team plays a key role in strengthening financial and operational processes in Belgium and the Netherlands. In this position, you will act as a trusted business partner to the management team while supporting the Business Control Manager Benelux.You will be responsible for delivering accurate reporting, in-depth analyses, and strategic advice to support the company’s growth. In addition, you will contribute to projects aimed at optimizing operations, improving reporting, and strengthening business insights.ResponsibilitiesLead finance transformation initiatives, with a primary focus on Central Finance (CFIN) and S4 HANA implementation.Standardize processes and data models, ensure IFRS / SOX compliance, and support group reporting.Coordinate with sites, business units, corporate, and IT teams to resolve discrepancies and implement corrective actions.Drive process optimization, automation, and adoption of new tools while ensuring stakeholder engagement.QualificationsBachelor’s / Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.At least 3 years’ financial experience, ideally in controlling and project management.Strong knowledge of SAP (FI / CO / SD / MM), IFRS, SOX compliance, and BI tools (Excel, Hyperion, etc.).Proven ability to manage complex projects in an international manufacturing environment.Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.BenefitsPermanent contract.Competitive salaryInternational, dynamic environment with strong career growth opportunities.Training and development programs to support professional progression.Flexible working conditions, including travel opportunities across European sites.Comprehensive benefits package (health insurance, meal vouchers, TOIL, etc.). #J-18808-Ljbffr
