Business Assistant and Intercompany

**Business Overview**:
**MACDERMID ENTHONE INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS**

**Job Purpose**:
Administration of the inventory planning and replenishment cycle for the Coventya Warehouses in France operating on SAP COV instance (External Vendors).

Managing the relationships with transport companies used for inbound transport to the warehouses and toll producers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administration of MRP or other demand analysis to determine order requirements.
- For France, PO raising from 3rd party suppliers.
- Coordinating logístical requirements to arrange pick-ups of finished goods from the manufacturing sites for delivery to Non-Manufacturing Warehouses.
- Reviewing and approving inbound transport invoices.
- Goods-receipt transactions in SAP.
- Européen export management ( IC export )
- Develop and implement logistics plans inclusive of supplier contracts, routing guidelines, problem resolution and cost containment.
- Support customs related issues for the relevant Warehouses.
- Identify systems tools needed to implement process improvement and efficiency.
- Work effectively across the organization to ensure successful execution of logistics support.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, driving performance in Quality.
- Ensure lessons learnt at other facilities or similar industries are applied at relevant warehouses and used as an optimization tool.
- Close collaboration with European Supply Chain team, including European functional heads to optimize regional operations.
- Implement regional and global company initiatives, e.g. best practices, Quality improvements and use of standardized software’s.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business administration
