Employment and Labor Relations
- Establish excellent internal relationships with local management, works council and local key stakeholders as well as with employees to ensure efficient collaboration and alignment of global and regional HR practices, policies and guidelines
- Provide support to all HR topics and coach managers, regarding all employee relations queries. Guides the managers to resolve the matters informally as well as to help them identify matters that will need to be addressed formally
- Assist with labor relations and human resources matters, gathering, collecting, and maintaining documents and records required for contract and policy development, investigations, and negotiations.
- Responsible for the legal aspects of the company's business, manage the meetings and the negotiations with the works council and ensuring that cross-functional issues and our HR practices comply with legal and contractual provisions.
- Manage collective and individual litigation files, with our lawyers, and guarantee the management of legal risks and the effectiveness of legal proceedings.
- Ensure compliance of HR at local level and processes according to internal policies and local labor law
- Handling and responding to employee queries and issues

Recruitment
- Work with managers through the recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to advising them on the best method of recruitment and working with them through the interview process
- Strengthen GB’s local employer branding to ensure a solid talent pipeline, e.g. by participating in recruitment fairs, conducting personnel marketing activities

HR Admin & payroll

The HRBP must make sure that:

- All monthly processes are completed (payroll, reportings, SOX control )
- The payroll process is well managed and answer to the finance team queries
- HR administration processes are managed, including conducting the induction, checking references, chasing background checking forms and ensuring all new starters and leavers have the relevant information, onboarding letters & documentation, etc.
- Ensure accurate data entry on to Workday

Ad Hoc Duties
- Provide ad-hoc reports requested by the group’s teams
- Coordinate the internal events (Team building, Townhall etc.)
- Conduct performance management (target setting, review, calibration)
- Coordinate & deliver selected training programs in alignment with regional/global programs and local training needs
- Manage the professional interviews and the performance evaluation
- Manage the annual training plan
- Reporting and collaboration_
- Report to the Regional HRBP South Europe and Americas
- Closely collaborating with the HR Team (local and global)
- Collaborate with the Managing Director
- Support closely Line Managers and Employees
- Key competencies_
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including labour law, HR administration, recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefit administration, employees engagement, internal communication
- At least 5 years of experiences in HR
- Good level of labour law knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of employees
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization, while also advocating for an issue, management, employee and/or providing constructive feedback
- Ability to be seen as a trusted advisor and/or coach
- Sensitivity and discretion is essential
- Flexible and adaptable to work demands within the company
- Ability to balance priorities to achieve results
- A confident team player
- Business _Knowledge/Educational_ Background_
- 5 years relevant HR experience
- University degree in Human Resources, Business or related, or job experience equivalent
- Business fluent in English and French
- Experience in working in a matrix / international organization (preferred)
- Strong Knowledge about french labor law and sensitive to payroll topics
