Descriptif du poste

Directement rattaché au Responsable Service Client et au sein d'une équipe de 25 FSE, vos principales attributions sont:

- Gérer son portefeuille clients en garantissant les Coûts, la Qualité et les Délais contractuels
- Diagnostiquer les problèmes (mécanique,hydraulique, PC, outillages,...) et remettre les équipements en condition opérationnelle
- Réaliser la calibration des appareils
- Mener les opérations d'installation, de formation des utilisateurs et de maintenance
- Appliquer strictement les procédures qualité, et documenter les interventions
- Assister lorsque nécessaire, le service commercial

Profil recherché

H/F de formation Bac+2 minimum, idéalement en maintenance industrielle, électromécanique, mesures physiques,...

Vous avez 5 ans d expérience minimum dans la maintenance de moyens industriels (idéalement bancs d essais servo-hydrauliques, vérins hydrauliques et asservissements).

Des connaissances en électrotechnique, informatique et/ou métrologie sont un plus.

Vous appréciez particulièrement le terrain. Vous êtes prêt à des déplacements réguliers. Vous êtes autonome dans la gestion de votre emploi du temps.

Un bon niveau d'anglais est requis pour permettre les échanges avec la maison-mère et les filiales dans le monde.

Votre mission:
Calibrer, maintenir, installer, configurer, former, dépanner, réparer des systèmes complexes de tests asservis en hydraulique, électro-mécanique,..., sur site, dans un soucis permanent de qualité, réactivité et en respectant les procédures internes pour un service optimal du client.
