Our culture promotes independent thinking and focuses on investment excellence, long-term perspective, and dedication to clients through quality service.As part of our continued development in the financial intermediaries segment, we are seeking a Client Relationship Officer. As a dynamic member of the France sales team, you will play a key role in our business success by supporting our sales efforts and promoting our investment strategies and premium brand. You will drive initiatives upstream and downstream of the sales team, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and proactive communication. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues in the sales, marketing, and investment departments in Paris, London, and Geneva.The position reports to the Head of the business development team assigned to independent intermediaries: wealth managers and asset management companies.**Your role**:

- Provide quality customer service: client reporting, handling inquiries.
- Manage and utilize commercial and financial databases.
- Create engaging content by interacting with investment teams (pitch decks, arguments, writing financial notes related to equity and bond markets, etc.).
- Prospect: target and implement campaigns.

**Your profile**:

- Degree in commercial business or equivalent.
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Excellent writing and strong synthesis skills.
- Demonstrated commercial and marketing acumen.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in standard computer tools (MS Office, Outlook).
- Native French speaker; fluent in English.
