As a Barclays KYC relationship Manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to be supporting key stakeholders along the KYC journey across Barclays Corporate and Investment Bank for various sales locations. You will be a critical liaison partner between the front office and operations, building and managing key stakeholder relations. It involves the assessment of AML risk, industry and jurisdictional uplift requirements.

What will you be doing?
- Providing front office assistance for escalations, working closely with operations and the business and drive the relationship with customers
- Managing client relationship expectations where required and using findings to ensure process improvements are implemented to minimize volume
- Leading stakeholder manager for internal country/regional and external regulatory relationships ensuring regular and visible reporting is available
- Managing the metrics and work queues for the countries you are supporting, looking to identify and resolve key productivity and control issues and trends
- Helping the oversight of regional SLA’s including the management and communication of early warning indicators
- Working closely with operational SMEs to support KYC Leadership in delivering an outstanding performance across the operation, demonstrating excellent behaviors
- Providing End to End dedicated and robust specialist jurisdictional KYC expertise throughout the Refresh Process

**What we’re looking for**:

- In depth KYC Onboarding and Maintenance knowledge and good knowledge and understanding of the legislation that affects Barclays and our Clients
- Detailed knowledge of Investment and Corporate Banking industry, specifically focused on AML/KYC processes
- Demonstrates gravitas with the ability to manage and influence at a senior executive level across both internal and external stakeholders and customers

- Analytical and complex problem solving being able to balance the need to meet regulatory and risk management requirements along with excellent client
- Significant process optimization experience across complex, regulatory in nature processes
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills gained in a professional environment with a proven track record in financial services industry
- Experience in planning, delivering and successful execution of operational projects/change
