Contract Manager

This position is an international function covering global contract management activities. As Contract Manager, you are responsible for the Contract Life Cycle Process incl. contract drafting, initiation, qualification, preparation, negotiation and management. You process various types of contracts and serve as point of contact for customers on contractual matters. You will report to our Head of Strategic Business Program within our corporate Sales Excellence Team.

The position can be based in offices in Hunngue (France), Weil am Rhein (Germany) or Brussel (Belgium).

**Role+Responsibility**
- You will negotiate and/or support negotiations of our account managers with customers in terms of conditions and pricing
- You will ensure accurate implementation and execution of customer contracts
- You will guide different stakeholders within Endress+Hauser to strengthen a global contract strategy
- You will monitor and evaluate contract performances to determine the necessity for amendments or extensions and to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- You will design performance metrics to help customers and our business with reviews of their contracts
- You will consult and provide guidance to local Sales Centers and Account Managers regarding contractual matters
