Nous recherchons pour un de nos clients, un CONTRACT MANAGER pour une durée minimum de 6 mois dans le 78.

Au sein Du Pôle de compétences Contract Management, l'objectif de la prestation est de protéger les intérêts de l’entreprise tout au long de la réalisation d’un ou plusieurs projets.

Les réalisations sont les suivantes:

- Analyser, étudier et comprendre le projet dans sa globalité,
- En phase de « pré-signature » tout comme en phase d’exécution du marché, être au centre des revues et négociation du contrat et de ses évolutions (gestions des changements).
- Identifier les risques (juridiques et contractuels mais aussi opérationnels, commerciaux, financiers) et proposer des mesures correctives dans le respect du contrat,
- Analyser les évolutions du projet et les incidences contractuelles, identifier les leviers commerciaux permettant notamment l’amélioration de la marge de l’opération
- Évaluer les opportunités pour améliorer la performance et la sécurisation du contrat,
- Analyser les indicateurs et processus organisationnels du projet pouvant impacter sa sécurisation,
- Assurer le traitement des écarts contractuels au plus tôt et de leurs impacts et compensations financières,
- Participer à la création du plan de gestion des risques et de son analyse tout au long du projet (actualisation des plans d’actions en collaboration étroite avec le contrôleur de gestion projet et l’ingénieur planification projet),
- Participer aux échanges contractuels client, fournisseurs et prestataires de services, avec l’appui du service juridique,
- Constituer les dossiers de réclamations et en amont en évaluer les chances de succès.

PROFIL:

- 3 ans d’expérience minimum
- Capacités d’analyses techniques, juridiques et contractuelles.
- Lecture de contrats et montage de dossier de réclamation.
- Primavera/MS Projet (notion)
- Anglais
