- Contract & Subcontract Activity 1: Contractual Management and Claim Management
- Lead all variations and claim management:

- Pro-actively anticipate and avoid unexpected claims including resolution of issues/disputes for Contract(s);
- Negotiate the variation and the claims;
- update of the Variation and Claims register
- report to the Clients Variation & Change Committee,
- Preparation of the amendments in collaboration with the Clients legal team
- Contractually analyse Letters and notices from the Contractor
- Write Letters and notices to the Contractors
- Participate in contractual execution management and administration:

- Perform commercial management of contracts in cooperation with Package Manager
- Ensure Array Cable Contractor(s) acts in accordance with Contractual terms and conditions.
- Assess impact of technical decisions and consequent actions, defining actions along execution of the Package works.
- Manage pricing, commercial and contractual consequences associated with other contracts, in close collaboration with other Contracts Managers
- Ensure both Package team and the Contractor(s) meet all contractual obligations, in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Manage and follow up of contractual payment schedule;
- Interface with the Client finance team to ensure the timely payment of the Contractor;
- Interface with the other Client.s Contract Managers
- Interface with the Risk Management Teams to manage the Contracts contingency use
- Participate to follow up meetings with the Contractors

Activity 2: other tasks
- Support the review of documentation

Additional skills:

- Fluent in English
- Perfectly know the FIDIC (Yellow Book)
- Contract template
- Good experience in offshore industry (wind + Array Cables ideally) working with this type of Contract.
