Votre rôle sera d’assurer le développement des projets solaires, les études de faisabilité, et de suivre un pipe de projets en cours de développement avec nos partenaires, dans un souci permanent de concertation locale et de viabilité économique des projets.
Interlocuteur/trice privilégié/e des différentes parties prenantes territoriales accueillant les centrales d’énergies renouvelables (propriétaires fonciers (publics ou privés) - élus et collectivités, services de l’État, riverains, bureaux d’études, apporteurs d’affaires, etc.), vous coordonnez et supervisez l’ensemble des actions préalables à l’implantation de centrales solaires.
A ce titre, vos principales missions:
- Suivre et développer des projets en développement depuis la préfaisabilité jusqu’au projet autorisé et tarifé ;
- Concevoir des projets économiquement viables dans le cadre des procédures et réglementations, en concertation avec les acteurs locaux ;
- Obtenir ou superviser l’obtention de toutes les autorisations administratives. A ce titre, le/la Project Manager coordonne, avec les partenaires, la réalisation des études d’impact sur l’environnement (y compris les études thématiques avec l’aide du pôle règlementaire) et des études techniques de dimensionnement des projets (gisement solaire, raccordement au réseau, etc.), ce qui l’amène à coordonner l’action éventuelle des partenaires locaux et prestataires externes, en veillant au respect des budgets d’études par projet ;
- Initier, organiser et animer les réunions de travail et de présentation, assurer la concertation et l’information des parties prenantes territoriales des projets (cadrage préalable, comité de suivi) ;
- Participer à la veille technique, réglementaire et commerciale prospective, notamment grâce à la participation aux événements liés aux secteurs d’activité et à la constitution d’un réseau local ;
- Rendre compte de l’activité via le rapport mensuel d’activité et les outils de suivi ;
- Établir les budgets prévisionnels des projets (études, puis investissement) en relation avec les services du groupe et suivre la facturation ;
- Contribuer à l’amélioration des projets de centrales solaires du groupe et aux retours d’expérience ;
- Gérer le périmètre de projets avec une grande autonomie dans le cadre des objectifs définis et prendre un rôle de référent sous la responsabilité de votre responsable.
PROFIL RECHERCHE
- Diplômé/e Bac + 4/5 (école d’ingénieur, commerce, juridique, master dans le domaine de l’environnement, gestion de projets), vous justifiez de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans le développement de projets ENR, idéalement photovoltaïques ;
- Passionné/e par les énergies nouvelles, vous disposez de bonnes connaissances techniques et maitrisez parfaitement les démarches administratives nécessaires pour mener à bien des projets de dimension industrielle (secteurs privé ou public) ;
- Permis B indispensable ;
- Une parfaite maîtrise de la langue française est requise.
