Our Client is an international leader in language and content solutions, services and technologies. It’s present in 25 countries and has a network of over 2,500 internal experts worldwide and +20,000 external language experts.

We are currently looking for an Account Executive to join our team responsible for clients in the Luxury Goods, B2B Services and Software & IT Services sectors.

Your objective: to manage and develop the loyalty of a portfolio of existing customers and increase sales by diversifying contacts and carrying out upselling and cross-selling operations.

In detail, your tasks are as follows:
1. Developing customer loyalty and sales:

- Advising and building customer loyalty while ensuring that the offer meets their respective needs
- Develop sales by activating new user contacts at the customer's site, proposing new solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Secure all user contacts through sales initiatives
- Negotiate pricing conditions
- Follow up passive customers
- Carrying out business reviews with buyer and user contacts

2. Managing calls for tender, in conjunction with the production teams:

- Anticipate calls for tender in the sales cycle
- Take into account all the elements of the consultation file
- Take charge of drafting responses in conjunction with the pre-sales team
- Conduct negotiations

3. Drawing up and monitoring quotations:

- Discussing the specifics of the project with the customer, advising on technical and commercial aspects
- Draw up the specifications, taking account of all the elements in the brief
- Specify the rates/timescales to be applied in accordance with existing contracts and the specifications
- Drawing up the quotation and monitoring and/or negotiating with the customer until the approval stage

4. Monitoring customer satisfaction:

- Ensure quality monitoring and the associated action plan
- Ensuring that customers meet payment deadlines, in conjunction with the accounts department
- Manage any disputes in collaboration with the manager.

**Requirements**:
You have proven sales experience (qualification of customer needs, account mapping, sale of B2B solutions, etc.) and solid negotiation skills. You are at ease in French and English, both orally and in writing, on the telephone and face-to-face.

What would be a plus?
- Knowledge of the language services market
- Knowledge of a CRM such as Salesforce, Salesloft or Sales Navigator
