***Job description**:
We’re looking for an experienced SRE Engineering Manager to lead our Infrastructure team (7 people)

The Infrastructure team is responsible for running and maintain our cloud infrastructure.

As a SRE Engineering Manager, you will work closely with the rest of Engineering team and the product team and other business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

The Engineering team is by far the largest at Swan. Swan has a diverse team of engineers from all over the place. Co-building is at the heart of the way we work. We believe in challenging each other. Being frank, but empathetic is the best way to get things done It’s also more fun.

**Your mission**
- Manage and lead the infrastructure team
- Define team’s quarterly OKR and manage the team’s priorities and capacity planning
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members on technical contributions, quality practices and other areas
- Actively participate in the hiring of your team
- Hold regular 1:1’s with all members of the team
- Collaborate with the rest of the Engineering and Product team to align priorities and initiatives
- Lead and facilitate complex technical projects
- Drive quality accountability within the organization with well-defined processes, metrics, and goals for process quality. This includes leading effective postmortems and ensuring actions are followed-up
- Ensuring Cloud Infrastructure runs, scales and performs according to targets
- Identity area of improvements in our processes and offer improvements in collaboration with involved teams
- Evaluate and implement when needed new technologies, tools and processes to improve Engineering’s mission and efficiency.
- Define and report “progress” of key projects and initiatives to stakeholders
- Implement metrics driven processes to ensure service quality targets are met

**Preferred experience**:
**You’re a great match if**:

- You have at least 2-3 years of experience as a SRE/Infra/DevOps Engineer
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a manager
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of “Infrastructure as Code” (IaC) principes
- Good knowledge of Cloud-based infrastructure and micro services architecture
- Good knowledge of CI/CD processes
- You keep up-to-date with technology trends
- You enjoy working in a challenging fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
