We started with offline communication on screens placed in offices or in stores (Digital Signage) and recently increased the reach of their communications, adding an online layer to our customers. We have been experiencing great growth both internally and externally after raising €2.5M in 2017 and acquired last year, a company specialized in the video creation to improve our creation module as well as our service capacity to continue helping our customers solve their problems via software AND service approach. Our 70+ people company has been profitable since 2022 and is located in France (45+people in Toulouse (Headquarter) and Paris), Tunis (25 people). From component procurement to shipping, customer follow-up and reconditioning, you guarantee an impeccable customer experience and support the company's operational performance. The goal is for every player delivered to be ready for use, compliant with quality standards and delivered on time, while promoting continuous improvement of internal processes. **Your mission at Cenareo** - Supply Chain Management: Inventory Maintenance, stock tracking, purchasing after N+1 validation and order receipt - Production: Player assembly, player initialization, labelling and storage - Player configuration: Player configuration according to customer specifications ensuring, quality control - Shipping: Shipping preparation and parcel deliveries - Player returns management: Diagnosing and reconditioning - Tracking Delivery and First Player Connection - Logistics Support: Processing Customer Requests, returns tracking **Profile**: **Your qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills** We are not necessarily looking for a degree or experience.
