Senior IT Project Manager

Contexte de la missionNous recherchons un Senior IT Project Manager expérimenté afin de coordonner trois projets satellites stratégiques au sein d'un programme : eClaim, eShop et Document Service (ALT).
Le rôle requiert de solides compétences en leadership, communication et présentation, ainsi qu?une capacité à piloter le périmètre, les délais et les budgets sur plusieurs initiatives simultanément.
Responsabilités principalesPiloter et coordonner les équipes projets transverses sur eClaim, eShop et ALT.
Garantir la définition claire et le contrôle du périmètre, du planning et du budget.
Préparer et délivrer des présentations à fort impact auprès du SteerCo et des sponsors exécutifs.
Faciliter la prise de décision et l?alignement entre les différentes parties prenantes.
Suivre l?avancement des projets et gérer de manière proactive les risques et les problèmes.
Assurer l?intégration et la cohérence des trois projets au sein de l?écosystème du programme.
Le consultant reporte au département IT, et plus particulièrement au Head of IT Auto and Personal Lines.
Compétences, études et expertiseCompétences et expérience requises : Expérience avérée en gestion de projets IT à un niveau senior.
Maîtrise avancée d?Excel (suivi, reporting) et de PowerPoint (présentations exécutives).
Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes.
Capacité à comprendre et à exprimer les enjeux métier et techniques des projets.
Expérience en environnements complexes, multi-projets.
Anglais courant (oral et écrit).
