A&F Co. Store Managers and General Managers are uniquely responsible for all things people, product, business and operations related for one of our multi-million dollar store locations. They are responsible for building a strong team that delivers outstanding customer service and that can effectively drive the business - including everything from recruiting, training, developing, and retaining both part-time and full-time staff. They are accountable for all store operations, including hours management, Asset Protection, salesfloor and stockroom organization. Store leaders build an intimate understanding of their customer base, our product assortment and leverage those insights to drive the business forward. Our management team builds strong relationships with their cross functional partners, Home Office teams and associates; inspiring a culture of inclusivity, collaboration and optimism.

**Descriptif de Poste**

Le poste de Responsable de Magasin chez A&F Co. supervise tous les aspects liés à la gestion du personnel, des produits, des activités et des opérations au sein de l’un de nos magasins, générant plusieurs millions d’euros.

Il est chargé de constituer une équipe performante afin d'offrir un service client d'exception et de faire progresser l’entreprise de manière efficace, en se chargeant du recrutement, de la formation, du développement et de la fidélisation des employés, qu'ils soient en temps partiel ou en temps plein. Il supervise également toutes les opérations du magasin, incluant la gestion des heures de travail, la protection des actifs, ainsi que l’organisation de la surface de vente et de la réserve. Le Responsable de Magasin développe une connaissance approfondie de sa clientèle et de l’assortiment de produits afin de dynamiser les résultats de l'entreprise. Il établit des relations solides avec les partenaires d’autres départements, les équipes du siège et les employés, tout en cultivant une culture d’inclusivité, de collaboration et d’optimisme.
**Qualifications**
**What It Takes**

- 2+ years of store management experience
- B2 Level in French and English
- Proven ability to drive business results in a retail environment
- Strong critical thinking & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong ability to assess and develop talent
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- High attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy
- Self-motivated with ability to take initiative
- Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
- Track record of creating an inclusive, collaborative and fun working environment

- Plus de 2 ans d’expérience en gestion de magasin ;
- Niveau B2 en Français et Anglais
