Rejoignez notre équipe R&D au sein du Centre de Recherche de l’Oise d’Arkema, situé à proximité de Paris et de l’aéroport Charles de Gaulle.
La division Sartomer, intégrée au pôle Coating Solutions d’Arkema et reconnue comme l’un des leaders mondiaux des acrylates et méthacrylates de spécialité, recrute un(e) Ingénieur R&D Application pour accompagner le développement de sa gamme de produits innovants, notamment dans les secteurs en forte croissance tels que les adhésifs, les revêtements et les matériaux pour impression 3D, en lien avec les enjeux de développement durable.
Vos missions
Au sein de l’équipe R&D Application, vous serez amené(e) à:
- Apporter un support technique aux responsables développement et assistance technique Marché, notamment via l’évaluation applicative des produits et la rédaction de documents techniques.
- Encadrer potentiellement un technicien pour soutenir les activités de développement.
- Assurer la coordination transverse des projets au sein de l’équipe Sartomer et du Centre de Recherche.
- Participer à la veille technologique et aux échanges techniques au sein des plateformes mondiales de Sartomer et du pôle Coating Solutions.
Développer une expertise technique permettant de soutenir les équipes Synthèse, Business Unit, usine, unité pilote et laboratoires d’analyse et de physicochimie.
**Profil Recherché**:
Expérience de 3 ans minimum en recherche, avec une capacité à travailler en autonomie et à prendre des initiatives. Une expérience dans les revêtements UV ou les adhésifs serait un plus.
Goût pour le travail en laboratoire, rigueur méthodologique et sens de l’organisation.
Capacité à travailler en mode projet et à interagir efficacement avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
Bonnes compétences relationnelles, esprit d’équipe et sens de la communication.
Maîtrise de l’anglais professionnel, utilisé comme langue de travail.
