We have an opening for a hands-on, people focussed GM to join the team - someone who knows their PnL’s inside out, who’s on top of their GPs, whilst also coaching and communicating with the team to reach their true potential.

EL&N General Managers need to be:

- Full of personality, flair and individuality
- Passionate about providing outstanding guest experiences
- Able to understand the financials, and be in control of labour and operational costs
- Fully accountable for stock results and PnL’s
- On top of time management, communication and organisation
- Able to coach, train and motivate the team
- Flexible and solution orientated to solve any issues that might arise
- Needs to be experienced in the hospitality sector (Desired)
- **Please note that fluency in both English and French is required for the role.**_
