**Event Specialist
- Paris, France, Hybrid, Full time, Bilingual French/English required.**

PASQAL designs and develops quantum processors (QPUs: Quantum Processing Units) and associated software tools.

In addition to the exceptional computing power they deliver, QPUs are extremely energy-efficient, and will help to significantly reduce the carbon footprint of the HPC industry.

As part of our strong growth, we are looking for an Event Specialist to be based in our Paris France office to strengthen our marketing team. In this role, you will report to the Global Events Manager while also working closely with the Marketing Managers. You will play a key role in coordinating and planning local events in France, from concept through to completion. Your main work activities will be:

- Project and budget management for events in France.
- Coordinate event organization process and execution: e.g., booth design, logistics, invitations, booth content and event staffing schedules.
- Create pre-event briefings and post event reports (with quantitative and qualitative feedback) to be shared with all stakeholders.
- Maintain contact with suppliers, (project) partners, and other stakeholders.
- Build trustful work relationships with internal departments for event delivery.
- Work closely together with Marketing Managers to help define and create content for events.
- Utilize the CRM system (Salesforce) to collect and report on opportunities and leads.

**About you**

You graduated from a Bachelor or Masters in Event or Business, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in event organization/event industry, preferably in Tech.

**Hard skills**:

- French and English required (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Experience in working with marketing agencies and with contractors for project delivery
- Use of project management tools (Asana, Notion, etc.) is a plus

**Soft skills**:

- Hands-on, versatile, organized, and multi-tasking skills
- Great eye for quality and consistency
- Collaborative approach and growth mindset
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Building trustful work relationships with your colleagues and external partners
