About the Role:
The Client Events Intern H/F is an integral part of Latham’s Client Events team. This role will be responsible for assisting the Client Events team with organizing and executing events, seminars, and conferences. This role will be located in our Paris office, and will begin in September 2025. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Other key responsibilities include:

- Supporting multiple event projects from initial conception to onsite execution, in collaboration with the Client Events Specialist and other team members.
- Coordinating various aspects of the event lifecycle, including planning meetings, checklists, budgets, vendor management, and post-event analysis.
- Maintaining accurate records of market event data for reporting and tracking purposes.
- Assisting in curating targeted invitation lists for each event, working closely with stakeholders and the e-marketing team.
