**Position**: **Our context** LVMH-Beauty Tech (Perfumes & Cosmetics Information Services), a shared IT department, manages all the information systems of the companies in the Perfumes & Cosmetics Maison of the LVMH group (Parfums Christian Dior, Givenchy, Guerlain, Kenzo, Make Up Forever, Acqua Di Parma, Loewe, Benefit, Fresh, KVD, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Marc Jacobs, Cha Ling, Fenty, Bite & Olehenriksen). In a constantly changing retail environment where the customer experience is paramount, we are a true Business Partner for all the business departments, providing new technical and innovative solutions adapted to the challenges of our Maison, considering their specificities, while following a shared and mutualized model. Today, nearly 350 men and women in France and more than 650 worldwide are working together to meet the challenges of LVMH-Beauty Tech. Our teams are made up of both technical experts (developers, tech leads, architects, etc.) and business experts (project managers, business process managers, business analysts). **Your impact** Reporting to the Head of the PIM / DAM Domain, in the Digital & Omnichannel center of expertise, you will manage projects related to Product Information Management (PIM) for the various companies of the P&C Maison of the group, in close collaboration with Digital Assets Management (DAM) and Digitalization of points of sale and Digital Training to create a complete "Product" vision. - Intervene in the evaluation of requests, the planning of projects, the realization and the scoping of projects - Ensure consistency in the creation of product data to ensure the supply chain flow - Define the project roadmap and identify the important milestones to achieve it - Ensure the proper execution of projects (quality, cost, deadlines) - Be in contact with the businesses through projects and requests and participate in the governance committee of the domain. **Profile**: - You have at least 7 years of experience in leading complex and structuring projects with important business stakes in product management (e-commerce, omnichannel, customer journey, etc.), in a retail and international environment, including 3 years of experience in PIM project management - You master at least one PIM tool (from Akeneo, Informatica, Riversand, etc.) - You have knowledge of at least one ERP, preferably SAP - You have a good knowledge of the perfumes and cosmetics, luxury, pharmaceutical, or consumer products sectors - You are known for your interpersonal skills and your excellent communication skills - You have a good sense of synthesis and the ability to prioritize - You are fluent in English and French. **Additional information**: **_This position is available on a permanent basis and is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine_
