**Vos Missions**:
- Diriger les activités R&D des machines d'inspection optique automatique, garantissant l'innovation et la compétitivité de nos produits dans un marché évolutif.
- Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe marketing pour développer et mettre à jour la roadmap produit, en alignant les besoins du marché, les avancées technologiques et les objectifs stratégiques de Mycronic.
- Mener une veille technologique proactive dans le domaine de l'inspection optique et de la production électronique.
- Définir et réaliser les objectifs stratégiques et opérationnels de l'équipe R&D.
- Gérer le centre de compétences R&D à Saint-Egrève, en promouvant l'excellence, le développement des talents et une culture d'innovation.
**Votre Profil**:
- Expérience significative en gestion de projets complexes et innovation technologique dans le secteur High-Tech.
- Compétences avérées en gestion technique, leadership managérial et communication.
- Formation d’ingénieur ou équivalent, avec une expertise dans l'industrie électronique/de haute technologie.
- Passionné par l'innovation et l'aspect business des produits
**Responsabilités Clés**:
- Assurer la synchronisation entre le développement des produits et le time to market.
- Reporting au siège
- Participation au comité de direction local
- Collaborer avec diverses équipes internes (direction, marketing, opérations, RH, finance) et externes (clients, cabinets de conseil, associations industrielles).
