Team & Role
As a Tech Sales Support Manager you will be responsible to analyze requirements and design, respond and present functional, technical and delivery solutions to ensure successful sales completion for existing and potential customers. There will be multiple Commercial Services Consultants specializing in the following disciplines:
- Project Management
- Functional Architecture / Business Analysis / Product Specialist
- Cloud & IT Specialist
Part of the EMEA project delivery services team & reporting to the Associate Director for Tech project & program management, here are essential duties & responsibilities of the job:
- Serve as expert for solutions, projects or cloud delivery during Sales Cycles.
- Partner with the Sales team throughout sales cycle. Respond to RFI and RFP ’s
- Provide input and produce sales deliverables in the role of Functional Architect, Project manager or Cloud &IT Specialist to create successful and deliverable sales deliv
- erables.
- Provide functional and technical solution proposals, project estimations, project scoping, project plans and / or Statements of Work as necessary for new prospective projects
- Be closely aligned and understand our Best Practice Template solutions, as designed and developed by Expert Services team.
- Be closely aligned and understand the demo environments or sandboxes provisioned to customers where investment budgets have been approved
- Deliver demonstration and presentations to customers, both remotely and on site for, often, large audiences
- Attend and represent Enablon at various industry events such as conferences
- Continually learn new versions and features of the software as the product grows and enhances
What we expect from you
- At least Bachelor degree with a strong emphasis on the industry
- 5+ Years of experience on a similar position in the ESG or operational risks industry
- Strong level of written and spoken English
- Excellent presentation skills, comfort in front of large audiences
- Self-motivated
- Subject Matter, Architectural, Implementation, Project and/ or Cloud knowledge and skills
- Team player with strong inter-personal skills
- Flexibility and eagerness to learn
- Comfortable Traveling
