Nous recherchons un opérateur ou une opératrice pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Vous serez en charge de fournir un support technique et informatique de qualité, en veillant à ce que nos utilisateurs bénéficient d'une assistance efficace et rapide. Ce poste est idéal pour une personne passionnée par la technologie et désireuse d'apporter des solutions aux utilisateurs.

**Responsabilités**
- Assurer l'assistance technique auprès des utilisateurs sur divers outils informatiques.
- Fournir un support technique bureautique, notamment sur les logiciels Microsoft Office.
- Gérer les demandes liées aux réseaux informatiques, y compris la configuration de VPN et de pare-feu.
- Répondre aux questions des utilisateurs concernant MacOS et d'autres systèmes d'exploitation.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour résoudre les problèmes techniques rencontrés par les utilisateurs.
- Communiquer efficacement avec les utilisateurs pour comprendre leurs besoins et leur fournir des solutions adaptées.
- Documenter les incidents et les solutions apportées dans un système de gestion des tickets.

**Profil recherché**
- Vous possédez une expérience en assistance technique ou en support informatique.
- Vous avez de solides compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils Microsoft Office et avez une bonne connaissance des réseaux informatiques.
- Vous êtes capable de travailler sous pression tout en maintenant un excellent service client.
- Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, de rigueur et d'un bon esprit d'équipe.
