This is a 18 month fixed term contract and can be based in London, Luxembourg, Paris, Munich or Madrid.

This is a EU based role for a Process Improvement Specialist, combining the skills of a Business Analyst and a Programme Manager. In this position, you will work closely with both external and internal 3P Transportation partners to optimize our operations. We fulfill hundreds of millions of shipments to customers every year, from across our complex network and manage volume flows from Amazon, 3P, and individual seller nodes through Amazon and 3P carrier arcs to addresses across the EU and internationally. EU transportation is responsible to make sure these shipments are successfully delivered on time, first time, in the ways our customers want them, at the lowest cost.
We are looking for a passionate, results-orientated manager able to drive business change in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and business partners. As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will:
Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement process optimization strategies
Manage improvement projects from inception to completion
Collaborate with external and internal 3P Transportation partners to enhance operational efficiency
Use data-driven approaches to measure and track process improvements
Design and implement tools and reporting systems to identify defects and opportunities for enhancing Customer Experience
You'll be a trusted leader who can make decisions and drive results. Your analytical skills will help you spot issues in our processes by examining data from various parts of our operations.
We're looking for someone who can analyze complex data and operational processes, identify problems and areas for improvement, and turn insights into clear, actionable plans. You'll lead teams to implement these improvements and deliver measurable results.
Your mix of business analysis and project management skills will be key to improving our transportation network. You'll find ways to make our processes more efficient and implement innovative solutions.
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Proven analytical Skills
- Able to build data queries using processes such as SQL & Python
- Microsoft proficiency, Word, Excel etc.
- Experience in Program Management
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent as minimum
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Multi-lingual
- Able to run advanced queries and utilizing AI/Machine Learning to support operations
