We are looking for a work-study Sales Assistant, for a 2 year apprenticeship contract.

**CIPEM**, subsidiary of ICAPE Group, is focused on custom-made technical parts in more than 10 families: plastic, metal, batteries, power supplies, cables, keyboards, transformers, etc., for many sectors of industry.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

You will support the sales staff in improving and developing the company's performance.

Reporting to the Sales Department, you will perform a range of commercial tasks such as:

- Support the sales team, especially in the process of preparing quotations
- Relations with our teams in China
- Research of new prospects
- Telephone sales prospecting in France and abroad
- Making appointments
- Follow-up of orders
- Commercial contact with prospects and customers
- Preparation of monthly reports for the Management
- Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success
- Coordinate scheduling with clients and sales team members
- Lead client correspondence
- Coordinate shipping and delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and issues

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience in sales (BAC+4/5)
- A first experience as sales assistant / customer service or any customer relationship would be appreciated
- You are methodical and organised
- Diplomacy, listening and availability are also your qualities
- You like communication and customer relations
- Good level in English is required (oral and written), working in an international context
- Knowledge of another language would be appriciated. Chinese is a plus
- Proactive, determined and persevering, with good interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Customer-service oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
