**Job Description**:
We are currently looking for an IT Support trainee to join the IT Corporate team, a team of 13 people based in Paris and Bordeaux.

The team is responsible for all the Worldwide IT support for Deezer collaborators and managing all the internal networks, systems and softwares infrastructure for all the Deezer offices and Datacenter.

Our mission is to:

- continually develop our service to meet and exceed Deezer employee’s expectations,
- contribute to the success of the company through the provision of the best and effective IT support,
- deploy the best and innovative IT solutions.

**What you will do**:
Reporting directly to the IT Support Manager, you:

- Manage OS deployment for MAC and PCs
- Hardware and software inventory
- Onboarding and offboarding of users
- Support of Deezer employees locally (IT bar) or remotely
- IT support for meetings and internal corporate events
- Creates and maintains required documentation

**Qualifications**:
**This role is excellent for a person with**:

- Good knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Fluent in French and English
- Collaborative and team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- User focus
- Well-organized
