Intégré(e) au sein de la Direction Ressources Humaines, le gestionnaire de paie et administration du personnel prend en charge une partie de la paie et l'Administration du personnel des collaborateurs Tiffany & Co. en gestion multisites du cluster France et Benelux.
Les missions seront notamment les suivantes:
**Gestion de la paie - Etre garant du bon traitement de la paie et de la fiabilité des données dans le respect de la législation en vigueur et des délais impartis**
- Compilation et centralisation des éléments variables de paie à envoyer au prestataire de paie
- Calcul des commissions des équipes de vente
- Suivi et contrôle des bulletins de paie et de l’état des règlements
- Déclarations des charges sociales et autres
- Etablissement des soldes de tout compte
- Suivi de la participation
- Traitement et transmission des éléments de clôtures mensuelles & annuelles à la comptabilité
- Tenue des tableaux de bord mensuellement
- Veille sociale sur l’actualité paie et le respect des règles légales et règlementaires
**Gestion administrative du personnel**
- Tenue et mise à jour des dossiers individuels du personnel + des registres et affichages obligatoires + Guides internes de nos collaborateurs
- Gestion des formalités liées à l’embauche et à la sortie des collaborateurs
- Rédaction des contrats de travail, avenants, lettres de mission et autres
- Gestion des tickets restaurant, visites médicales
- Suivi et traitement des absences
- En contact direct avec les collaborateurs, vous serez l’interlocuteur privilégié pour les points reliés à l’administration du personnel
- Liaisons avec les mutuelles et la prévoyance
- Veille sociale sur l’actualité de la gestion administrative du personnel et le respect des règles légales et règlementaires et la mise à jour des outils de communication
**Autres**
- Gestion du logiciel RH Oracle (mise à jour des données, lancement des rapports mensuels)
- Vous serez l’interface avec la Finance
- Intégré(e) aux projets de la paie, vous participerez à la refonte des process et à une réflexion plus globale sur les axes d’amélioration possibles
**Profil recherché**:
- Issue d’une formation RH ou Paie
- Vous êtes doté(e) d’une expérience confirmée dans la gestion administrative et la paie du personnel
- Vous êtes doté(e) de solides compétences interpersonnelles, en communication, dans le suivi et la résolution de problèmes
- Vous êtes compétent pour établir et maintenir de bonnes relations à tous les niveaux
- Bien organisé(e) ; soucieux(-se) des détails ; force de propositions
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
- Flexible et adaptable
- Doté(e) d’un très bon sens du travail en équipe
- Capacité à maintenir une stricte confidentialité
- Diplomatique & discret
- Maîtrise des compétences informatiques en MS Office et SIRH (de préférence Oracle)
- Expérience spécifique dans le secteur du luxe et/ou Retail
- Vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais
LI-AL1As part of the Human Resources Department, the Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager will be responsible for part of the payroll and personnel administration of Tiffany & Co. employees in multi-site management of the France and Benelux cluster.
The missions will include the following:
**Payroll management - Ensure the proper processing of payroll and the reliability of data in compliance with current legislation and deadlines**
- Compilation and centralization of variable payroll elements to be sent to the payroll service provider
- Calculation of the sales teams' commissions
- Follow-up and control of pay slips and the status of payments
- Declarations of social security and other charges
- Establishment of the balances of all accounts
- Follow-up of profit-sharing
- Processing and transmission of monthly and annual closing elements to the accounting department
- Keeping of monthly management charts
- Social monitoring of payroll news and compliance with legal and regulatory rules
**Administrative management of personnel**
- Maintenance and updating of individual personnel files + mandatory registers and postings + Internal guides for our employees
- Management of formalities related to the hiring and leaving of employees
- Drafting of employment contracts, amendments, mission letters and others
- Management of luncheon vouchers, medical visits
- Follow-up and processing of absences
- In direct contact with the employees, you will be the main contact for the points related to the personnel administration
- Liaising with mutual insurance companies and the provident fund
- Social watch on the current situation of the administrative management of personnel and the respect of legal and regulatory rules and the updating of communication tools
