**ABOUT PARTOO**

Partoo is a **B2B SaaS scale-up** who is committed to helping local businesses, large companies or SMEs to get closer to their customers. To do this, they have developed an all-in-one platform and different solutions that revolve around 3 value propositions: Get Found, Get Chosen and Get Clients.

Through these 3 propositions, they have developed several products that adapt to changes in the customer purchasing journey:
**Get Found**

Presence: Synchronize store information on main platforms (Google, Facebook, Waze, etc.), directories and GPS.

Store Locator: Help customers find the store that’s right for them with up-to-date local data and dedicated filters on retailer websites.

Social Media: Manage posts on Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.

**Get Chosen**

Review: Centralize, reply to and analyse customer reviews received on Google and Facebook.

Booster: Get additional positive reviews on Google through SMS and QR codes.

**‍ Get Clients**

Messages: Centralize and reply to all chat messages received via Google Business Messages, Messenger and soon also via Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.

At Partoo, we have two types of clients: the** Enterprises,** business that have more than 20 point of sales and the **SMB's** (Small & Medium businesses).

The SMBs division was created in 2020 and since then we've been working with more than 6,000 business across 5 countries, with a customer satisfaction rating of 4.9/5 and more than 850 reviews on our Google page

At **Partoo**, we’re on a mission to help businesses get closer to their customers — and we’re looking for our next **Account Manager Intern** to support our growing client base in the Italian SMB market

This internship isn’t just about assisting with account management — it’s about learning how to build trust, grow relationships, and make every client feel special (even when you’re helping manage hundreds ).

**What will you be doing?**

As an **Account Manager Intern**, you’ll work closely with our Italian Account Management team and contribute to ensuring our clients get the most out of Partoo. You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer success, sales strategy, and relationship management.

**\uD83D\uDD25 Your key missions**:

- Support the management of a portfolio of ~500 Italian SMB clients
- Assist with upselling and cross-selling initiatives to drive client growth
- Help coordinate renewals and reduce churn
- Contribute to onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth start with Partoo
- Collaborate with Account Managers and other teams to deliver a top-tier client experience

- Native in **Italian** and comfortable in **English, French is a plus**:

- A great communicator, both written and verbal
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Organized, proactive, and client-focused
- Interested in account management, customer success, or sales
