Role Purpose

We are looking for a Hotels Analyst Intern for our France Hotels and Hospitality Capital Markets business line. This is a full time position based in 40/42 rue La Boétie, Paris.

The Hotels Analyst Intern will support the France Hotels & Hospitality team.

Career Level Definition

This role requires knowledge/strong interest of real estate. Organization, rigor, autonomy, proactivity and team spirit are key for successful completion of the activities.
We expect the Hotels Analyst Intern to quickly understand JLL service lines to be able to interact with JLL teams in France and abroad.
This demanding internship will help develop an excellent understanding of hotels real estate sector and levers for capital market transactions.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Under the supervision of members of the France Hotels & Hospitality team, you will contribute to:
Participating in all parts of transaction processes.
Developing financial models that can evaluate the effects of different strategic alternatives under varying capital structure scenarios.
Preparation of high-quality presentation materials for client pitches, investor information memoranda, and other transaction-related marketing documents.
Taking an active role in the team’s Client Relationship Management activities.
Working seamlessly with the wider EMEA team to deliver pan-EMEA portfolio transactions alongside UK transactions.

Meticulous attention to detail
Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills facilitating key client and stakeholder management
Collegial and team oriented and ability to contribute towards a positive team dynamic
Calm and focused under pressure and tight timelines
Thrives in a fast-paced environment that requires ability to manage competing priorities and projects
Understanding of real estate fundamentals and pricing is not required but a strong interest in these areas is preferred
Hotels and leisure sector experience is not required but a strong interest in these areas is preferred
Advanced MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook required

**Desirable**: Experience in Salesforce, Argus Developer, data analytics, and/or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience preferred in working with Real Estate investors or occupiers
Advanced communication skills with customer centric mindset
Advanced analysis and problem-solving skills
