Fp&a Analyst

**Your mission in the team?**:
You will join the FP&A team to enrich and structure planning and analytics As Luko grows, we are continuing and strengthening our journey to Homecare through the consolidation of our current portfolio.
- Drive budget planning process and ensure quarterly refresh through performance reviews with all teams;
- Design and produce analytical dashboards for the management team and come up with a powerful lecture of our data to analyze our performance;
- Help build the 5-years strategic plan, developing the business plan, financial tools, controls & process (create the daily cash routines for instance);
- Contribute to the implementation of our collaborative planning tool;
- Run ad-hoc strategic analyses to support decision-making (marketing (conversion rate, CAC etc.) Operational data).

**What you will need to be successful?**:

- A first experience in FP&A (preferably in a startup environment);
- Fluency in English and French;
- Analytical and modeling skills (excel minimum, any other data skill is a plus);
- Synthetic skills & comfortable with drafting short notes/documents to be shared within Luko and also with external partners;
- Curiosity, energy, business-driven, with good communication skills;
- _Bonus point if you know how to use BI tool for a dashboard creation_
