**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, monitor, and adjust production schedules to meet delivery targets and maximize throughput.
- Translate the Bill of Materials (BOM) into kitting and sub-assembly plans aligned with lean manufacturing workflows.
- Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of materials and kits.
- Coordinate daily and weekly production plans with assembly leads and workstations.
- Identify and mitigate bottlenecks in the workflow using data-driven tools (e.g., takt time analysis, Heijunka boards).
- Monitor WIP (work-in-progress) and finished goods to maintain balanced output and resource allocation.
- Support implementation of lean tools such as Kanban systems, standard work, and Andon boards.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including schedule adherence, cycle time, and inventory turnover.
- Participate in cross-functional improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, root cause analysis).
- Document and refine planning procedures to improve repeatability and scalability.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing coordination, or related roles.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling tools.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or similar data tools.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., Kanban, standard work, takt time).
- Adaptability & Mobility: Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; embraces a “no-task-is-too-small” mentality. Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules (evenings/weekends as needed).
- Communication & Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of leading diverse principals - from junior members to senior executives.
