**Responsibilities**:
Véritable chef d'orchestre d'un point névralgique de l'usine, le/la Responsable Customer Care gère le flux de commandes (enregistrement, facturation, contact avec le client) concernant un portefeuille de clients dédié.
En parallèle avec cette mission opérationnelle, il/elle apporte un support à l’équipe de ventes par la production d’informations telles que prévisions, synthèse d’activité, calculs de coûts, et communique les cotations aux clients de l’usine.
Dans ses missions, le/la responsable Customer Care manage une équipe de 3 assistants.
**Qualifications**:
De formation Bac +4/5 (école supérieure de commerce, Master comptabilité/gestion.) ou expérience équivalente, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience réussie de 3 à 5 ans minimu dans une fonction similaire en milieu industriel.
Votre Anglais est courant, ce qui vous permettra d'établir une communication de qualité avec nos clients Européens.
