- 1-3 years of experience at MRP or Planning

**Position summary**:
Assure full long term availability and proper stock covers for all Strategic Materials (i.e. PET, rPET, Cans, Glass, Preforms) used in Waters EMENA, constantly interacting with Strategic Suppliers to assess long term capacity, with Procurement and Factories, optimizing Total Delivered Cost and ensuring Long term production plans feasibility
**A day in the life of a**:
- Long term visibility (+ 18 months) on all consumptions and coverage projections for Strategic Materials used at Waters EMENA level
- Weekly monitoring for potential long term gaps or risks for stretegic materials
- Periodical measurement of supplier capacity with +12 months horizon for all stretegic materials to identify bottlenecks or risks
- Create and mantein constant routines with all strategic Supplier to discuss capacity and capability to fulfill delivery plans in mid term horizon (+3 / + 6 months)
- Support Procurement Buyers in negotiations, new suppliers scoping, MOQ definitions and reviews, providing long term volumes and capacity needings
- Support Procurement and Controllers in Budget phase, providing long term visibility on Strategic Material Requirements
- Supports Bayers for regional deployment plan on specific materials (i.e. PET, rPET)
- Support Procurement Business Partners in suppliers performance measurement, and in preventing from mid/long term risks, providing visibilities on KPIs and in long term capacity requirements
- Mantein and provide full set of KPIs and Dashboard related to strategic materials availability and Supply
- Grant strategic materials supply for all innovation and renovation projects

- Good awarness of MRP and capacity Planning related processes
- Good awareness and understanding of business and market trends
- Good awareness of technologies and output factory standards
- Practical understanding of risk management and scenario planning
- Good Presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- SAP knowledge (APO, PPDS, BW)
