**Superviseur help desk - N3**
**Objectif global**: Accompagner Support Utilisateurs
**Description détaillée**:
- Traitement des incidents et / ou des anomalies en relation avec les équipes support et les équipes de l'éditeur pour les utilisateurs.
- Participe à l'élaboration des procédures d'intervention et se charge de fournir à la demande tout élément qui serait nécessaire à l'élaboration des tableaux de bord et communications diverses
- Assure un suivi de l'activité
- Assemble ou intègre un équipement (configuration standard ou spécifique)
**Définition du profil**:
Pilote et organise le traitement des incidents et / ou des anomalies en relation avec les équipes support et les équipes de l'éditeur.

- Coordonne une équipe de techniciens
- Assure un suivi de l'activité
- Organise et animer les réunions opérationnelles d'équipe
- Gère les plannings
- Assemble ou intégré un équipement (configuration standard ou spécifique)

**Connaissances linguistiques **:Anglais Lu, écrit (Secondaire)
