**IT - Paris, France - Full Time**:
**Job Summary**:
We are currently looking for an IT Service Desk Technician to provide T1 and T2 global end-user support with 3-6 years of experience. You will be at the forefront of all IT issues and help the team triage, manage, and resolve issues.
**Responsibilities**:
- Mobile Devices - Android and Apple Products (various) Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Office 365.
- Working with vendors to purchase laptops and other equipment to support end-users.
- Manage users in Microsoft 365 and OKTA.
- Maintaining internet connectivity and reliability in the office.
- Monitor service desk requests and assign service requests to appropriate team members.
**Qualifications**:
- Expert in
- Installing, patching, and maintaining Windows 11 and macOS
- Managing end users in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- PC purchasing and shipment.
- Microsoft 365 Administration
