**Job Description**:
As a growth marketer, you will have the opportunity to work with the whole Marketing team and also interact with the core functions of a fast-growing startup (Product, Ops, Tech, Design etc.). Your tasks and duties will be diverse and give you the opportunity to explore a wide variety of topics and challenges. Your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Work alongside our head of Growth Ops & define our main initiatives to accelerate Fixter’s growth across France and the UK
- Develop key partnerships with affinity brands / other companies (such as GetAround, FreeNow etc.)
- Design, set up and manage communications campaigns across different channels to engage our various audiences (customer, drivers, garages)
- Contribute to our organic growth strategy (SEO), along with a network of external expert
- Document and report on your different activities, recommending optimisation and improvements

**Qualifications**:
We understand that everyone has different experiences and skillsets and just because you might not fulfil all our requirements it doesn’t mean we won’t talk to you. Ideally, you have:

- You have a highly analytical profile, a strong interest in understanding business drivers, and are excited to keep learning in a fast paced environment.
- You are an excellent communicator, can project manage in a matrix environment and solve complex situations with conflicting priorities.
- You have working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sheet/Excel, Data Studio, etc.)
- You are to work under pressure while meeting deadlines and deliver
- Accountability and ownership regarding results
