**Essential job duties and responsibilities**:
International SOS is currently looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM), to achieve direct profitable sales growth in dedicated markets in the Region by winning new business opportunities.

Key responsabilities

**Business Development**
- Identify key prospect and customer segments / verticals to promote and sell the entire range of health and security services;
- Develop a list of nominated customers that have been identified as high growth potential customers and deliver revenue and gross profit targets, following the strategy defined by the Business Development Director;
- Action on all marketing leads, from digital channels and from events;
- Joign events to promote International SOS services;
- Build relationship with International SOS prospects and full echosystem such as brokers, insurers, Travel Management Compganies;
- Own his cold call plans in order to identify new sales targets;
**Marketing and Communication**
- Build close relationships with local communities, associations, embassies and our alliance partners;
- Follow in a timely fashion all leads and closely monitor digital activity of his prospects;

**Cross Border**
- Maintain contact and gain support where required with Business Development Managers in other regions, communicate successes and best demonstrated practices;
- Manage and lead a periodical and regular coordination of the Cross Border agenda and business opportunities with Business Team;

**Qualification**:

- Excellent numeric, written and oral communication skills in both English and French;
- 3 to 5 years experience in a sales position in a B2B environment;
- Previous experience in b2b sales of complex services:

- Exposure to working in a cross-border engagement sales environment including previous working experience selling to emerging markets;
- Strong negotiation skills (impact and influence);
- Experience working in a Matrix culture is a plus;
