Poste(s) et missions:
Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons deux Contract Manager H/F (Senior).

Activités permanentes:

- Organiser les interactions opérationnelles;
- Planifier la gouvernance des contrats;
- Identifier les points de contacts et leur suppléant;
- Organiser la gestion des obstacles et des escalades;
- Documenter la procédure de gestion des crises;
- Suivre les crises et les escalades jusqu’à leur résolution;
- Créer un plan pour identifier et maintenir les informations;
- Organiser la gestion de la connaissance.

Activités permanentes durant le cycle de vie d'un contrat:

- Créer les RACI entre le client et le prestataire;
- Documenter les exigences des services à réaliser dans un SOW;
- Formaliser avec le prestataire les engagements;
- Cadrer les prix du service et leurs évolutions;
- Faire valider le contrat en interne et obtenir le consensus;
- Documenter les avenants et les faire valider;
- Mobiliser une équipe de gestion du service sourcé;
- Créer et gérer le plan de gestion du service sourcé;
- Identifier les unités d‘oeuvre de facturation du service sourcé;
- Traiter, vérifier et communiquer les factures prestataires;
- Organiser, diffuser et déployer les documents contractuels;
- Analyser les rapports de niveaux de services;
- Organiser les exigences d’amélioration du service sourcé;
- Maintenir le dossier d’investissement et ses objectifs;
- Préparer le déclenchement de la réversibilité;
- Tenir à jour l’estimation du coût et des risques de réversibilité.

Profil(s) recherché(s):
Formation supérieure en informatique (Bac +5 / Ecole d'ingénieur/Grande école).

Expérience : 5 à 10 ans

Formation Bac+5 en faculté de droit, école de commerce, école d’ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire. Vous avez acquis une expérience minimum de 5 à 10 ans chez un client ou dans une ESN sur des contrats de 50M€ à 150M€.

Vous possédez les compétences suivantes:

- Gestion contractuelle
- Conception et/ou rédaction de documents
- Gestion des risques
- Négociation
- Intelligence situationnelle
- Anticipation et gestion de l’incertitude
- Ouverture et polyvalence
- Veille technique ou réglementaire
- Connaissance des principes généraux du droit des contrats
- Connaissances fondamentales du management de projet

Vous maîtrisez l'anglais. Vous avez déjà travaillé dans un contexte international.

Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux et vous communiquez aisément auprès d'interlocuteurs différents. Vous aimez relever des challenges.
