This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most exciting game studios, using leading technology to create new genre-defining games, within our collaborative Adventure-Action-RPG team on Unreal 5.

**WHAT IS THE JOB ABOUT?**

We are seeking a talented Technical Game Designer F/M to join our team in Lyon. You will be working within our Game Design team to implement and tune game mechanics into the engine using our own tools and systems.

The position is mainly focused on Technical Design, but you may be asked to work on other design topics on an ad hoc basis.

**Requirements**:
**THAT IS GREAT BUT WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR THE DAY TO DAY?**
- Implement and tune game mechanics with a special emphasis on 3Cs and combat
- Work with the Lead Game Designer on designing the structure of the game data
- Work with the Combat Game Designer on designing the logical structure of the AI Behavior trees
- Work in collaboration with the tech team to improve our tools

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Confirmed level: 2-4 years of Game Design/Technical Design experience
- Strong logical and mathematical capabilities (personal or educational)
- Comfortable communicating (spoken + written) in English
- Extra: Experience with Unreal Engine
- Extra: Experience with Behavior Trees
